Where is Keke Studios located?We’re based just outside Manchester City Centre in Cheetham. The studio is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by free off-road parking all around the building—ideal for quick access and unloading.

How do I book a session?Bookings can be made through our website or by sending us a direct message on Instagram (@kekestudios). Once your time slot is confirmed, we’ll send deposit/payment details to secure your booking.

How long can I book the studio for?You can book from as little as 1 hour up to 10 hours. If you need longer, just contact us directly—we’re happy to discuss custom timings.

How much is the deposit and is it refundable?A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be returned in full if the studio is left clean, undamaged, and in its original condition.

How do I pay the deposit?If you book through the website, you can pay your deposit at checkout. If you book via Instagram DMs, deposits can be paid via bank transfer or a secure payment link we’ll send after confirming your session.

What’s included in my studio hire?Studio hire includes access to our creative space, lighting equipment, backdrops, large mirrors, seating area, and props (if applicable). Full session details are sent before your booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule?Yes—please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.

Can I bring a team or guests?Of course! You’re welcome to bring a photographer, MUA, stylist, or support team. Just keep group sizes manageable for a smooth and productive session.

Can I play music or bring props?Absolutely. You’re welcome to play music or bring your own props—just let us know in advance if you’re bringing large items or need extra setup time.

Is the studio monitored by CCTV?Yes, the studio has CCTV cameras in place for your safety and to protect the space—especially in case of damage or if doors are left unlocked. Footage is stored securely and automatically deleted after 28 days. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, please notify us at least 48 hours before your session.

What happens if something is damaged or left behind?If there’s any damage or missing items, your deposit may be withheld. Forgotten items will be kept for a short period—please collect them as soon as possible.
